The Role:

Currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance Administration Officer to join this dynamic team in Dundee. This role is critical in ensuring operations comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management and administrative expertise, helping maintain the Business's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all company operations adhere to industry regulations, environmental standards, and legal requirements.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, including audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Training: Conduct compliance training sessions for staff to ensure they are aware of and understand their responsibilities.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Education: A relevant degree or qualification in compliance, business administration, or a related field would be desirable, but not essential.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- IT Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance management software.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex regulatory requirements.
