Job Title: Residential Family Support Worker

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Family Support Worker to join our team in Bridlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to families in a residential setting.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, household tasks, and family activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of all family members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is essential.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including:
- 7:00am - 2:00pm
- 7:00am - 5:00pm
- 11:00am - 9:15pm
- 2:00pm - 9:15pm
- Optional night shifts: 9:00pm - 7:00am
- A driving license is not required but would be beneficial.
