Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries
Provide accurate information, solutions, and advice to customers
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up on customer issues
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in creating a positive customer experience and building lasting relationships
Experience, Skills set and/or qualifications required:
Recent graduates or individuals with previous customer service experience
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping people
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
