We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager or supervisor from a customer-focused background to take their next step with our dedicated organisation.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our estate and maintaining a high-quality service for our customers. You will manage a team of Estate Caretakers, working to encourage their professional development and overseeing their operational efficiency. Alongside your line management activities, you will also be involved in delivering operational cleaning and caretaking services.

- Experience in a customer-focused role
- Experience in people-managing or supervising
- The ability to follow safe working practices and procedures
- A full, valid driving licence
You'll need to be a great communicator who works well within a team, thinks creatively, displays initiative and can organise and prioritise a workload.
This role required a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
