Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and younger people for those with special education and behavioural needs, and will assist in providing educational support.

Responsibilities:
- As a grade 4 TA implementing lesson plans and activities
- Assist students with alternative learning
- Provide one-on-one help to students who require additional support
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Updating, maintaining and monitoring pupil plans EHCP

Requirements:
- Experience working with children, especially those with special education needs
- Ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Educated with GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- NVQ L3 qualification or willing to work towards

SALARY/ HOURS

Salary for a grade 4 Teaching Assistant is £18,800 - £20,107 actual annual salary working 33 hours per week Mon-Fri term time only + 5 inset days + amazing benefits working for our Wellspring trust (please review the website)
