They're looking for an Operations and Events Coordinator to support with the running of the operation, management of all events and overseeing the sites they manage.
Events can be anything from weekend festivals through to weddings, charity events and productions, so the exposure and experience you will gain here is off the scale.
It's fun, it's exciting and it's all about someone joining them on their journey and in their community, they need someone with experience in events management but also someone with great potential that can eventually run the whole operation independently.
