Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers including patientsIdentifying opportunities to improve our food service and producing enticing daily offerings for the restaurant based on a supported theme created for the Private Healthcare environmentCreating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supportedDelivering our tasty food concepts to our customersRepresenting Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand imageOrdering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste whilst maintaining healthy balanced choicesOverseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standardsManaging budgets and successfully meeting financial targetsComplying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards Complying with Health & Safety regulationsSupporting the Unit Manager to ensure the team have continuity of leadership
