Location: Ross-on-Wye (Predominantly office-based)

Salary: £39,000 starting + management bonus scheme

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our clients largest customer facing function. This role is crucial in managing a team that handles the company's core market, in a pro-active and customer centric manner. The successful candidate will be indirectly responsible for 35-40 people, with 4 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the team to achieve high performance and drive results.
  • Performance Management: Handle the pressure of a high-stakes environment and produce tangible results.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, with a strong focus on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and account management.
  • Efficiency: Drive efficiencies within the team and the overall function.
  • Independent Working: Operate independently, making informed decisions and taking charge when necessary.
