Junior Application Support Engineer
Exciting opportunity for Junior Application Support Engineer to join an excellent clients established team who are based in Fleet. This role will be working closely with several teams within the business including the support and software development teams so the successful candidate will be given a great platform to enhance your skill set over a short period of time. The role will initially include answering how-to questions, resolving faults and providing technical upgrade assistance and troubleshooting. You will be expected to work from the Fleet office at least 2 days per week and our client offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes a bonus scheme.
Skills and experience:
- Experience of providing customer service and any application support experience would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Any technical experience with one or more of these technologies; SQL Server, SQL Scripts, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- BSc in any technical subject would be beneficial
