I'm working with an industrial technology services company based in Sheffield who are at the forefront of innovation in their market, delivering solutions that empower businesses to optimize equipment operations for enhanced efficiency and reduced costs. Their technology is used by some of the world's largest equipment operators to reduce maintenance costs, and improve equipment uptime.

They are looking for a Marketing Manager reporting directly to the CEO. In this role you will lead and drive all marketing efforts with a primary focus on product marketing. Your responsibilities include initiating global marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and compelling product messaging, and generating inquiries and sales.

You will work with external agencies to deliver digital B2B marketing campaigns that effectively reach our target customers worldwide.

This role is ideal for a talented, ambitious marketing professional with innovative thinking, focus, discipline, and organizational skills to maximize digital marketing's potential in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify and characterize target segments.
  • Clearly explain our market and product propositions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to create effective sales-driven campaigns.
  • Maintain all corporate marketing and branding, both external and internal.
  • Customize product documentation using agency-created templates.

The successful candidate will have the following skills, qualities, and experience:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines.
  • At least 5 years of proven success in a similar role.
  • Proactive self-starter with an inquisitive nature.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a disciplined manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
