The role of Property Manager requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for real estate. Looking after a portfolio of around 280 properties within a team of 4 you will have around 2years experience.
A proven track record in Property Management, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the South West Hertfordshire area, will be advantageous. The agency seeks professionals who are adept at building relationships and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in estate agency, sales, lettings or Property management
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- A comprehensive understanding of the property market, particularly in South West Hertfordshire
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
