Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract residents.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid campaigns (Google, Meta), and social media presence.
- Oversee traditional marketing initiatives and create engaging content using Canva.
- Handle enquiries and support the admissions process from initial contact to move-in.
- Collaborate with local communities and manage key relationships to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Train senior management on sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare or senior living sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
