Title: Private Client Solicitor (2-4 years PQE)

Join a dynamic Private Client team at a Liverpool office as a Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This is a varied role within a busy team, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while contributing to the team's growth and success. The firm values proactive development of new work and collaboration with existing business contacts. They also encourage involvement with the marketing team to produce relevant blog content related to private client work.
The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day private client caseloads, handle client communications, and liaise with probate registries, courts, HMLR, HMRC, experts, and agencies. Key responsibilities include estate administration, client updates, and supporting both in-person and remote client interactions. Candidates must have at least two years of experience dealing with HNW clients, probate, wills, trusts, estate/tax planning, and services for the elderly. Experience with property work and case management systems, especially Laser forms, is desirable. A great work ethic, organisational skills, ambition, and the ability to make confident decisions are essential, along with the ability to drive and access to a car. Flexibility, teamwork, and strong time management skills are crucial for accommodating client and team needs.
