SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our clients team in Tamworth on 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract.

6 Month FTC
£27,000 per annum (£13.22ph)
Monday-Friday office based

Responsibilities:

Processing sales orders

Answering queries through email & phone

Updating customers on order status

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Upselling products

Provide product and service information, and assist customers in making informed decisions.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Requirements:
Experience in Sales Support is essential

Must be immediately available

Ability to use initiative when communicating with customers

Happy to be office based Monday-Friday

Able to commute to Tamworth
