I have been asked by a leading fit out contractor based in the city to find them a marketing and communications coordiantor to join their pre construction team.
Key things they are looking for are stated below:
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections with audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools is a plus.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
There is hybrid working on offer and the salary range is between £37k- £45k.
