We are seeking a dedicated Mentor to join our team and provide guidance and support to children in their early years. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and nurturing young minds, helping them develop essential skills and behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Provide tutoring in subjects such as Maths and other educational areas
- Implement behaviour management techniques to support positive development
- Mentor children in preschool and early childhood education
- Educate and engage children in various activities to enhance learning
- Offer care for toddlers while fostering a safe and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
- Ability to mentor and guide children effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff
- Qualifications in childcare or relevant field would be advantageous

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
