Marketing Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking to grow the Merchants' Operations team in the UK.

With this role within the Merchant Operations team, you will be responsible for unlocking the sustainable growth of our and our partners' businesses via our marketing products (offers) by helping our team execute centralised initiatives.

With this role within the Merchant Operations team, you will partner with an Account Manager team to help execute our merchant growth plans via centralised offers campaigns management. This position requires you to set up the offers campaigns, manage scheduling, and report on the campaign results. We are looking for a candidate who can take end-to-end ownership and ensure the campaigns run on time.

This is not a one-person task, though, and to achieve success, you will collaborate with other local teams and, most importantly, with our commercial teams, who represent the needs and wants of our Merchant Partners.

What You'll Do

End-to-end centralised campaigns management: scheduling, setting up, and reporting campaign results.

Working on the growth of the campaigns by accelerating adoption across our partners.

Working on the campaigns improvement by implementing stakeholders' feedback.

Working with marketing and legal teams on creatives alignment (pictures, templates).

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, account management or sales.

Having worked with diverse stakeholders and demonstrated an ability to adapt to a fast-moving working environment.

High attention to detail. You habitually double-check and document your work.

You are confident in managing and delivering end-to-end tasks with autonomy.

Open, curious, and eager to learn - you are interested in all things and can build up skills and knowledge fast.
