Our client, a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to creating sustainable communities, is seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to lead their affordable housing projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the development of affordable housing projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including local authorities and construction teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes
- Implement strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing housing development projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
