Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and education to young children. Responsibilities will include creating a safe and stimulating environment, implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering positive relationships with children and parents, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child in your care. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing approach to working with young learners.

Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
