Salary: £87,000 - £100,000
Location: London (3 days per week in the office, 2 days WFH)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Market Surveillance Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be responsible for coordinating competitive value propositions, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM tools and digital marketing strategies. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with two days in the office located in either London Tower Place or Bristol.

What you'll do:
As a Market Surveillance Specialist, you will play an integral role in shaping our client's marketing strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating the development of competitive value propositions, managing global marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams across the organisation. Your expertise in CRM tools will be crucial in monitoring key performance indicators and managing digital marketing plans. Additionally, your creativity will shine through as you develop engaging email campaigns, lead webcasts, and build a community through social advocacy and influencer marketing.
- Coordinate the development of competitive value propositions and client-centric messaging
- Manage marketing campaigns for Europe and globally to raise awareness of innovation and intellectual capital
- Collaborate with marketing vendors and internal stakeholders related to sourcing/procurement and distribution of promotional materials
- Monitor key performance indicators, particularly those related to demand generation, sales follow-up, and brand engagement
- Manage digital and direct-response led marketing plans to communicate messages, engage target audiences, and capture sales leads
- Develop and implement email campaigns, including nurture and retargeting programs
- Lead webcasts and coordinate with national and regional teams
- Develop and manage social advocacy and influencer marketing to support building a community
What you bring:
The ideal Market Surveillance Specialist brings a wealth of marketing experience along with a deep understanding of CRM tools. You are well-versed in Microsoft Dynamics, AEM platforms, Demand Base or other Account Base Marketing platforms. Your solid organisational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Your previous experience in digital campaigns and campaign management will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, your understanding of paid digital activity, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, will be a significant asset.
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, AEM platforms, Demand Base or other Account Base Marketing platforms
- Solid organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively to meet deadlines and quality requirements
- Previous experience in Marketing, digital campaigns, and campaign management
- Understanding/experience of paid digital activity (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.)
