As a Graduate Teaching Assistant with TimePlan Education, you will take on a dynamic and varied role, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons as well as providing individual and small group support to students to enhance their understanding and learning.

You will help to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment and to encourage and motivate students, helping them to build confidence and develop a love for learning. You will also help to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment by implementing behaviour management strategies as directed by the teacher.

Degree: A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Passion for Education: A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education and making a positive impact on young people's lives.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.

Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to adapt to different classroom environments and handle challenges with a positive attitude.

Team Player: A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and contributing to the school community.

Enhanced DBS Check: All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
