Fabulous Global Health and Wellness company are looking for a Trilngual Sales Support Specialiast to join their European Head Office team.
Must be able to speak Italian, Spanish, French and English (may consider Italian, Spanish and English or Italian, French and English)
The ideal candidate will have good.solid experience in Sales Support or Account Management, be a confident communicator, organised, good MS Office skills and be pro-active in supporting the Sales Director in their activities in the Mediterranean Region.
The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to our network of independent distributors or representatives to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement within the region. They will collaborate closely with the marketing to develop targeted promotional campaigns and materials to support sales efforts effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to support the growth and success of the network marketing sales force.
- Create sales training materials, presentations, and resources to educate distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower distributors with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to distributors, including one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and troubleshooting.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and product offerings.
Ideally based within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes as Hybrid working is preferred.
