Our client, a leading luxury retailer in the fashion industry, is currently seeking a talented Merchandising Administration Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Forecasting: Generate accurate delivery forecasts and summaries.
Prioritisation: Align deliveries and workload with business strategy.
Stock Management: Ensure early stock deliveries and manage product visibility on the website.
Compliance: Work with Trade and Transport to ensure compliance with shipping terms and customs requirements.
Query Resolution: Resolve warehouse delivery queries within 24 hours.
Returns Analysis: Monitor and analyse returns, taking action to minimise them.
Negotiations: Negotiate late delivery discounts, cancellations, and stock swaps.
Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports and update records for accurate reporting.
Administrative Support: Provide support as needed to the department.
Requirements:
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numeric abilities.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Teamwork: Experience working in diverse teams and building relationships.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organisational skills.
Initiative: Ability to take initiative and multi-task.
Communication: Excellent communication skills.
