We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in handling complex employee relations (ER) cases. You will provide expert support to managers through formal processes, such as probationary reviews, sickness absence management, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with procedures and timelines. Additionally, your knowledge of preparing for and supporting employment tribunals, as well as advising during dismissal appeal hearings, will be crucial to the role.

With a proactive approach, you will monitor trends in employee relations cases and use this data to recommend improvements to policies and procedures, ensuring continuous development.

This role requires office-based working approximately three days a week, with flexibility depending on business needs
