My client, a leading Asset Manager is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Product Strategy & Development to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative product strategies.
You will develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that drive growth and enhance the market position. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the development of new products and services, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
You will perform financial analysis to assess product profitability and identify areas for improvement. Furthermore, you will implement effective risk management strategies to protect their products and investors.
You will engage with senior leadership and external stakeholders to advocate for product initiatives.
Qualifications:
You should have 8+ years of experience in the asset management industry, with a proven track record in product development and strategy. A deep understanding of alternative investments, private markets, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial.
An advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
