Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
- Monitor and handle challenging behaviours effectively
- Support students in their social and emotional development
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working in a special educational needs environment
- Strong understanding of different learning needs and behaviours
- Ability to build rapport with students and support their individual needs
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Relevant qualifications in education or child care are desirable

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
