Due to growth within the company, we are now seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales by managing existing accounts and seeking new business opportunities throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets. Utilize your network and industry knowledge to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our range of vibrating motors and their applications across various industries. Provide clients with technical support and product information as needed.
- Receive comprehensive in-house technical training to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a mechanical or engineering-related field.
- Proven track record in account management and new business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, confident, and a go-getter attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently.
