Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Nottingham / UK Industry: Mechanical Sales (Vibrating Motors) Salary: £35,000 basic, with potential On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000 in the first year.

Due to growth within the company, we are now seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales by managing existing accounts and seeking new business opportunities throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets. Utilize your network and industry knowledge to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our range of vibrating motors and their applications across various industries. Provide clients with technical support and product information as needed.
  • Receive comprehensive in-house technical training to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a mechanical or engineering-related field.
  • Proven track record in account management and new business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and a go-getter attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently.
