About the role

Coventry Building Society's digital communication is growing, and we are seeking a talented

Email Marketing Specialist

to join our marketing team and drive our email campaigns to a whole new standard!

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, and retention.

Working closely with the marketing and data insights teams to develop strategies, design email templates, and analyse the performance of email campaigns to identify opportunities to improve digital performance and engagement.

Some of the key responsibilities will involve developing and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Designing engaging email templates and optimize them for different devices and email clients.

Conducting A/B testing to optimize email content, plus monitor and analyse the performance of email campaigns using analytics tools and generate channel specific reports.

Joining team will offer exposure to an industry leading email solution, supported by upskilling and necessary training on the platform, plus growth into the next journey of your career.

About you

For you to be effective in this role we would look for the following skillsets:

You'll be experienced at producing effective marketing materials which are of high quality and meet the brief and deadlines set.

You'll be an excellent communication skill with the ability to engage with stakeholders and build positive working relations.

You'll have strong HTML email build skills and experience with email broadcast platforms, email channel reporting, data segmentation and A/B testing.

You'll have a creative and analytical mindset with the ability to design visually appealing email templates and interpret data to make informed decisions.
