The Role:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, with a focus on digital marketing, content management, and social media strategies. This role offers a mid-level position with plenty of opportunities for advancement within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Assist in designing and executing impactful email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
- Web Content Management: Help manage and optimise content for websites to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Familiarity with SEO and content management systems is beneficial but not essential.
- Social Media: Support both organic and paid social media strategies, including content creation and scheduling. Experience with paid social campaigns and Facebook/Meta Ads is a plus.
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist in producing monthly and annual reports to fine-tune marketing strategies. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is desirable.
