Skills and duties required: Communications Manager
- Lead all communication efforts for our Isle of Wight operation, including employee communication, press, and social media management.
- Deliver end-to-end campaigns that align with our broader strategy.
- Create engaging content for various channels, from articles and press releases to social media posts, videos, and infographics.
- The Communications Manager will be the first point of contact for communication-related queries and provide solutions.
- Obtain buy-in from stakeholders for communication activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging by maintaining brand guidelines and tone of voice across all channels.
- Strategically direct communication for the Treatment Education Centre, ensuring community engagement.
