TSR Legal are working with a Legal 500 firm who have a brand new role for a Marketing Executive to join their team. The role of Marketing Executive beckons a dynamic professional to play a pivotal part in shaping the brand narrative across various departments and the wider organisation.
The successful candidate will assist in the execution of the marketing plan, encompassing all facets of the marketing mix.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be accountable for digital marketing, managing social media channels, content creation, and safeguarding the firm's online presence. The role extends to website content management, SEO collaboration, and monitoring digital trends.
Design acumen is crucial, as the role includes crafting digital and print materials that resonate with the firm's ethos. Marketing literature responsibilities encompass the creation and upkeep of promotional content, liaising with department heads to ensure brand consistency.
Event organisation and support form part of the remit, alongside managing internal communications, including intranet content and newsletters. The role also involves advertising, sponsorship recommendations, and brand promotion.
The firm seeks a candidate with a minimum of three years' marketing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS. An excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail, the individual should be adept with marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, and Capcut.
Personal attributes include self-motivation, effective time management, and the ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders confidently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and idea contribution is highly valued.
Desirable traits include Welsh language skills, a relevant degree, and video editing prowess.
