HR Assistant
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £20,000-£26,000pa

Reed HR is working with an organisation who are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team. As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate data in HR systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in HR or related field.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
