The role:

Following strong and consistent growth over the past few years, they are now looking for a savvy digital marketer, who will be responsible for optimising the customer journey and user experience, across all digital touchpoints.

You will lead the day-to-day management of several websites, alongside lead generation, CRO initiatives as well as supporting overall digital marketing performance. In essence, this will be a key role, working alongside the wider marketing and cross functional teams, where you will coordinate the online and offline customer journey to acquire and nurture leads.

You'll also implement website optimisation tools for user flow & performance improvement and monitor CRM (HubSpot) performance through coordination with relevant touchpoint owners to accurately measure KPI's and the impact of initiatives. You'll work with external agencies and help identify and execute new initiatives to support digital projects and website efficiencies.

It is a critical rolewithin the marketing team, so we're ideally looking for a savvy digital marketer who most likely has around 2-3 years relevant experience in digital, ecommerce or a website management role, either agency or inhouse. Attitude and temperament are key - the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated amd they simply want someone that will take pride in what they do.

You'll also come armed with a sound grasp of SEO, social & content, paid media as well as reporting tools such as GA4, and working knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot (CRM) & Ecommerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify. A keen eye for design is handy and you'll be more than at home talking about user experience, the customer journey and be able to provide clear insight and direction from data given.
