This role sits within a world class, award winning global research agency and due to sustained growth are continuing to expand their EU Social policy team. This particular team work with institutions to assess the effectiveness and impact of policies and programmes which are set by government to improve public services.
Ranging from crime, education, migration, social care, employment and lots more - this role is at the heart of government programmes.
Evaluating these programmes has never been more important.
Your role will be to manage the day-to-day delivery of mixed-method evaluations of these programmes. You will be supporting an established team of evaluators and policy specialists to advance the use of key methodologies, such as randomised controlled trials (RCT), quasi-experimental designs, and other mixed methods studies. Many evaluations are complex and will require nuanced designs such as trauma-informed approaches, systems thinking, and more.
You need to be an experienced evaluator with an interest in social policy, if not experience in social policy evaluations.
