Calling all Mechanical Tenders - Inside Sales who want to join a genuinely exciting proposition! We're building a brand-new department focused on winning exciting commercial projects, and we need a talented Tender Coordinator to help us get off the ground running.

You'll be at the forefront of our commercial efforts, responsible for understanding the unique needs of our customers, finding the best products at the best prices, and putting together winning tenders that give us a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
Building strong relationships with commercial customers and understanding their unique needs
Sourcing products and getting competitive prices from manufacturers
Creating accurate and detailed quotes that meet demanding commercial project requirements
Managing lots of different projects at the same time, making sure you meet deadlines
Keeping accurate records of all quotes, prices, and customer information
Spotting potential problems and finding solutions to keep projects on track
Finding ways to save money for our customers and improve our profit margins
Working with the sales team to win new commercial business and drive our growth
This is a hybrid-based role with travel into our head office based in Crick, Northamptonshire, up to two times a week.

Skills and competencies:
Maths and English skills
Experience in a similar role in Commercial Mechanical Plumbing & Heating, ideally with experience in commercial projects
A good understanding of quoting mechanical projects
The ability to understand technical specifications
Great communication skills, both written and spoken
A keen eye for detail
A desire to contribute to rapid growth business
