Doodle Dough Pizza Co is seeking a trained pizza chef who specialises in Neapolitan-style, hand-stretched, wood-fired pizzas to work in its new production facility in West Molesey.
Doodle Dough Pizza Co. specialises in providing excellent part-baked Neapolitan-style pizza bases for the trade.
The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation and cooking. This role is DAYTIME, 10 am—6 pm, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
Duties:- Oversee food preparation and monitor portion sizes- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations- Collaborate with kitchen staff
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting- Proficiency in culinary skills and techniques- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
