Working for a leading provider of innovative power solutions across the UK and Europe that specialise in keeping you connected, by supplying, installing, and maintaining their emergency power systems.

As the Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires technical expertise, strong time management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

This role would suit an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to develop their engineering career, supporting and assisting the engineering team with their electrical installations and repairs.

The opportunity is office based in Preston, with travel required across the Manchester and Liverpool areas. Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays, service vehicle, laptop, BUPA, and access to factory training courses.

What we need from you?

  • Site visits, assisting with commissioning, testing, and overseeing electrical repairs, and preparing all the necessary paperwork as required.
  • Understanding a wide range of electrical engineering solutions and preparing/ordering all materials and technical information to enable Engineers to complete the onsite works.
  • Previous experience working with diesel generators or within the CHP industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and budget management.
