Certain Advantage are on the hunt for a Customer Marketing Specialist, for a fantastic career opportunity which will be dedicated to customer marketing. This will focus on creating and driving customer loyalty and retention campaigns working as part of a wider marketing team within a B2B tech company.

This opportunity will be to work with an expanding scaleup business that is focused on providing optimised processes to their customers with a unique tech offering. This is also a brilliant time to join as they have expanded to different countries with new offices which you will be part of.

This would suit a Marketing Manager that has worked ideally in a customer software, technology or B2B space that can manage current customer campaigns with a focus on loyalty and retention.

What you will be doing:

  • End to end customer journey management from brand and communications angle.
  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement loyalty.
  • Create and look after customer-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for upsell
  • Develop compelling customer stories, case studies, and testimonials.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in customer marketing, ideally within a B2B or SaaS company.
  • Success in creating and delivering marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Brilliant content creation skills and creativity, with supporting analytical skills for data and insights.
  • Fantastic comms to collaborate with customers and other stakeholders in the business.
  • Tools use such as such as HubSpot/ CRM and customer advocacy platforms.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience in organising and managing customer events, including webinars, user groups, and conference.

Salaries are currently open for negotiation as the organisation is looking to consider various level candidates for review.

The business is based in the City Centre of Manchester and walking distance from the central city Train, Bus and Metrolink stops and will offer some hybrid working along with other benefits which include annual bonus. Typically 4 days onsite per week is required.
