This is a great opportunity to join our Recruitment team based in Redditch town centre. We are looking for someone with an excellent sales background who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in the recruitment world.
Duties in this role will include: -
Making outbound sales calls to UK businesses
Working towards targets and KPI's
Face to face meetings with potential clients
You will manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Excellent bonus based on performance related pay.
