My new client is looking for a Project manager with management buyouts or divestitures and change management experience to join on a contract basis.
Role responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Facilitate discussions with all relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the divestiture process.
- Workstream Identification and Coordination: Identify and define all necessary workstreams involved in the divestiture, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Project Planning and Sequencing: Develop a detailed project plan that sequences the workstreams effectively, establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to guide the divestiture process.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of each workstream, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders, and addressing any issues or risks that may arise to keep the project on track.
- Execution and Completion Management: Oversee the execution of the divestiture plan, managing resources, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and the businesses are successfully untangled by the project's end.
