SEO Consultant
Location: Remote
As a Contract SEO Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our clients' organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to their websites. You will work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords.
- Optimise website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Provide recommendations for technical SEO improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
