Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit control processes. Your responsibilities will include handling the sales ledger, managing weekly site wages on Sage payroll, and processing expenses for all engineers. You will be responsible for invoicing over 150 service and retail invoices monthly, managing applications and certificates for invoicing with a turnover of 1 to 2 million each month. Additionally, you will oversee credit control for a turnover exceeding 27 million, managing over 200 accounts daily and weekly. Your role will also involve maintaining aged debtors with notes, controlling and issuing stop lists, and performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations.This is a full time role, based from the office working Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm with 3pm finish on Fridays.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in credit control and sales ledger management. Experience with Sage payroll and handling large volumes of invoicing is essential. You should have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are also crucial for this role.
