Your new role
You will be responsible for providing initial technical support to users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. You will handle incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary. Additionally, you will maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions to improve future support processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
- Windows 10 skills, Office 365 and Active Directory skills.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a 12-week contract in Liverpool city centre. This position requires a full-time, on-site presence, five days a week. The role is based in a conveniently located office with excellent public transport links and boasts stunning views from a high floor in Liverpool. You will be offered £17.44 per hour PAYE with Hays and 35 hours working week.
