HRIS Project Manager - HR system - Implementation - Legal
6 month initial contract
£450 - £500/day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella Only)
2-3 days a week on site in Bristol
A major Law firm in Bristol are looking for a Project Manager to come in and support them in a HR transformation project.
Their current HRIS system doesn't integrate with other internal systems, including their recruitment, learning and a few other HR/people related systems.
The business will either be looking to replace their current HRIS with another HR/Payroll system that will integrate with their existing recruitment and learning systems.
Alternatively, they may implement a more modular HRIS system such as Oracle, workday etc, which would have the core HR and payroll capabilities, but also have modules such as learning and recruitment that can be added to the core system, replacing their current systems over time.
Candidates will need the following experience/skills to be considered for the role:
- Experience of HR system implementations
- Able to work on both delivery and the business change management components of the implementation
- Excellent communication skills in both a written and verbal capacity
- Able to effectively manage both technical and business facing stakeholders
- Able to travel to site 2-3 days a week - Bristol
