Senior business travel consultant(music and entertainment) Required for this expanding TMC to work on a hybrid basis with one/two days in the office. Music or entertainment experience is a must as well as strong sabre. Salary between 35k to 40k plus benefits including 25 days holidays, pension and up to 5% bonus .
Senior business travel consultants(music and entertainments) duties
-Complete travel arrangements for music and entertainment clients including air, ground and hotel reservations. Must be comfortable performing exchanges and refunds.
-Respond to client enquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency.
-Independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality; proactively correct errors
-Conduct all business in line with standard procedures. Take 100% ownership of duties and ensure all admin is kept up to date, and client expectations are exceeded.
-Maintain ownership of each client record until departure to ensure all details (including seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, etc.) are completed to the client's satisfaction
-Research and provide solutions to any travel-related problem clients may experience; partner with supervisor and peers to correct errors and ensure they are not repeated
-Maintain awareness of all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and accurately applies this knowledge to all travel arrangements
Business travel consultants skills required
-Experience in handling film, TV and/or music travel is a must
-At least 3 years of experience in travel handling domestic and international travel
-SABRE skills ideally, but they will cross train
-Strong customer service skills
-Experience with high end - high demand travellers
