Our client are a dynamic fashion and footwear company with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a shipping coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in assisting and handling the day-to-day operational matters within the shipping team.

? Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Experience Required:
? Minimum 1-2 years' experience in shipping or logistics coordination.
Qualifications/Degree:
? Any Degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
? Proficiency in any ERP software, MS Office, and Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Assist and handle day-to-day operational matters within the Shipping team.
? Monitor the purchase order schedule (Ex-factory) and delays.
? Coordinate, assist, and manage the shipment of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
? Arrange, schedule, and monitor shipments for domestic and international deliveries.
? Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and 3PL logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, shipping, and delivery of goods.
? Verify shipping documentation and enter inbound details in ERP.
? Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
? Communicate with the forwarder and resolve shipping issues and any potential issues.
? Maintain accurate records for audits.
