Administrative Assistant - 12 month contract Bracknell - Hybrid working
Our client a top company are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them on a 12-month contract based in Bracknell. This role offers hybrid working based in their offices 2 days a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the stakeholders in the co-ordination of monthly project progress and risk reports
- Provide administrative support to multiple senior stakeholders
- Creating functional presentations and supporting development of management communication
- Write summary of key points and actions for meetings, and monitor follow up activities
- Managing travel arrangements and expense reporting, e.g. visa application, hotel booking
- Responsible for management and ensuring that data and documents are properly updated, maintained and filed appropriately in 'SharePoint'
Key experience required:
- Critical experience working with multiple senior stakeholders at once on a regional / global scale
- Excellent skills in MS Office, frequent user of Apps and other advanced IT tools, such as SharePoint and database
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
