Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Lecturer to join their team on a full-time basis. This role involves:
- Preparing and delivering lectures, seminars, and practical sessions.
- Developing and updating course materials to meet curriculum requirements and engage students.
- Assessing and evaluating student work, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Maintaining student records, including grades and attendance, and monitoring student progress.
- Participating in curriculum development and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the quality of teaching.
- Providing academic and pastoral support to students as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience teaching at the college level.
- Strong understanding of the subject matter with the ability to convey complex concepts to students of varying levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
