Manufacturing Supervisor

Monday to Friday Days.
Are you an experienced Supervisor looking to join an established team in Knowsley?
Main responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring production schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing quality control measures.
You will need to have a strong background in stock control and manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing staff
Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
Implement and maintain quality control standards
Train and develop team members
Identify and resolve operational issues
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What you'll need to have:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in using inventory management software
