P2P Process Owner - 18-month Fixed Term Contract - Bracknell - £75,000-£80,000 + benefits

Are you a proactive, strategic P2P specialist passionate about driving process change to deliver next-generation best-practice?

This is an incredible time to support this global brand during a once-in-a-generation business transformation. This role will develop and lead the P2P process team across Europe, driving process and systems efficiency and standardisation across the end-to-end P2P processes.

The Role

A dynamic leader is required on an initial 18-month fixed-term contract to oversee and optimise their end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. In this strategic role, the successful candidate will work across various geographical territories, and business boundaries to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with the company's finance operations strategic goals. As the accountable owner for P2P processes in Europe, this role will spearhead initiatives to standardise and optimise these processes, leveraging local teams and outsourced shared services to drive best practices and AI-led automation. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the key representative for the P2P stream in all business-led system projects impacting finance processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience as a P2P Process Owner within a large multinational organisation, able to contribute significantly to strategic projects, offering your process expertise and guidance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving results and accountability.
  • Experience with outsourced shared services centres (SSC) or related contact centre operations,
  • The ability to manage teams and influence senior-level management and key stakeholders is crucial.
  • A consultative approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities to influence both internal and external partners are essential for success in this role.
